In 2013, I founded my first company in Germany, Expat Consulting, which over the years has helped dozens of Central European clients find homes and investment opportunities.
Since then, I have been involved in nearly a hundred successful real estate projects, mainly with an investment-based approach. For five years, I have been living a dual life between Germany and Spain, where I consciously build my professional relationships to support my clients with solutions tailored to the specifics of both markets.
Monika Szivos

During my career, I gained experience in several areas: as a journalist, then as a headhunter, later as an HR Business Partner in the IT area of a bank. Since 2024, I have been working in the NewstartEUhome team, where I deal with online marketing and business communications.
I collaborate on creative projects with designers, IT partners and actively participate in business consultations with our clients. It is important to me to create value behind real estate investment decisions and that my work connects to people’s lives on an international level.
