The reason why apartments and houses are so cheap is because some of the properties in our portfolio have been repossessed by banks and some are managed by municipalities.

 No, we do not deal with residential property. We sell apartments and condominiums in a vacated state.

We deal with residential properties with 1/1 ownership, free of charge and claims.

In all cases, a notary.

With the help of an official translation agency, we can have the text of the sales contract translated into your mother tongue.

Yes. In Germany and Spain we have direct contacts with liquidators, notaries and banks. In the other ten countries we can work through our partner offices.

After we have spoken several times on zoom and answered all your questions about the villas and apartments, and you have selected 3-4 specific properties, we will go with you to the location for a fee, where we will personally tour the area.

Once you’ve seen the area and decide you want to join us contract with us, we will show you the inside of the buildings after the contract has been signed.

This depends mostly on the level of decoration you have done and the level of renovation you have done, other than just a clean coat. Do you use quality or luxury furnishings? Then it also depends on what type of expenditure you choose?

It would be irresponsible to answer this question without knowing the specifics.

No. You should buy your first property as a private individual first. Then, if you see it working well enough, you can set up a small company for this activity.
